Jen, I just listened to your "If you feel fat" podcast and by the end, I was almost in tears. You are so right that you have to love yourself. I was always the heavy one in my family of 6 kids, in 8 yrs! I'm lucky to have a wonderful husband of 38 years who has always told me I was beautiful. I recently lost 90 pounds and for the first time ever, my BMI is normal. I still don't like my body. It's not my weight that will make my beautiful, it's my heart and mind. Something i really have to on
