My biggest question is about God. How did this come about. Who was this force. How did the order of religion happen. Was it a person, or something from outer space. Can you help me with this. Thank you Binnie

There was a great book I read in yeshivah on Torah shebal peh by zecharia fendel, it was one of the sinia books. It explained very well the transition from biblical to the talmudic texts. Its true it’s not on the syllabus in yeshivah, but to be honest, what is. If you want something out of the box you have to go to some hippy yeshivah in tzfat. My yeshivah thankfully had a good English library. The malbim wrote a sefer on Torah shebal peh.
I’m not sure why brisk is such a major masora to be considered in mesorah. It has a different way of looking at halocha. Like everything in Judaism, it will be recorded in a book and people will be able to look it up for posterity.

People dont go off the derech, no one goes 'off' the derech... people leave dysfunctional situations ie dysfunctional communities & dysfunctional families.
