With eight children whom are home all day due to our choice of home education, dishes have to be done after every meal. The kitchen has been the difficult place for me due to constant cooking, children helping themselves and making little messes, and my focus usually being elsewhere. It is a breath of fresh air to know someone whose cleaning system focuses daily and first on dishes, as this is what my focus needs to be. Thank you!

First, I have to say I lobe everything Dana produces. I wanted to clarify something the guest said, which was about your clutter threshold concept being what really worked for her because she had already decluttering using other methods but still wasn’t quite there. Specifically, she mentioned that Marie Kondo doesn’t address anything like the clutter threshold, when in actuality Marie calls this the “click point.” She specifies that it’s unique to each person & you’ll know when you’re there.

Thank you!! This is super helpful--now I don't feel like I'm losing my mind! I thought I was the only one!

While listening to this I was thinking that Cindy needs to learn about her style of storing from your friend Cas from ClutterBug 😀

This has helped me greatly. I washed my dishes last night. I usually do them in the morning which delays breakfast a little. I did plenty of laundry too.

I had the 404 too. It was stuck right in the middle of the podcast & would not load! Today I finally tried again (downloaded it first instead of streaming) & it played in full, no problem. Not sure if it was the app I'm using or what?

What is code 404? This Podcast will not play for me.

Dana, I just want to say thanks. Thanks for creating this content. Thanks for sharing simple steps to follow. Thanks for going out of your comfort zone to get this information to us. For the first time in at least 5 years (and in all honesty, probbly ever) I've been able to organize and clean my house. Just step one. Get rid of the garbage is changing my life. I didn't realize how much garbage I had mixed in with my stuff. Garbage clo thes, garbage receipts and pieces of paper (SO MUCH OF THAT) that was taking up my life. Here I've been trying to sort and organize and I honestly thought I was good at discarding (I wasnt I was keeping garbage and calling it "papers"). these podcasts are saving my mental health - and in turn, its turning my life around. so thank you. Honestly.

Hi Dana, great interviews today 👌 Please ask your future guests how those of us returning to work offices should protect ourselves despite what the organizations are doing to treat our offices. I work for the federal government am not sure what information will be provided as to how the building and spaces are being treated 🙄 Thanks! Sheila

I can't do laundry once a week. I have 9 kids. If we did laundry once a week, we wouldn' have 28 loads. 🤪 ❤️ We have to wash 4 loads a day. Yes, my kids help with it. Large family issues are real. Saying all that, I love your podcast. Lots of good info.

I follows clutterbug and minimal mom for long. I have rooms now. And only my office becomes acational a catch all. But I listened to both of your books and the office it's cleared now. Wow how cleaning is so easy now. I go to the hidden places and declutter those now. When all the daily things are done. So thank you, looking forward to the course. It's going to be fun.
