I am curious about the science behind the vegan cheese burger the are eating in the film and other products like it. Are they highly processed to get the taste and texture of meat. I dont know if I could feel comfortable with what is on the lables. I always thought that eating whole foods was the best way to go. I am new to all this and just wondering what you guys thought. Keep up the great work.

I actually really enjoyed this podcast!! You might aswell have been talking about my life right now haha the struggle of balancing training as a personal trainer is no joke. I'm a person of extremes when it comes to my training mainly because 19 months ago I was 20stone and now I'm 12stone and a PT and my life has completely flipped and that want to know and try everything now and keep trying everything because it's new is massive and also that fear a little bit of I'm never going back to the unhappy place and the unhappy person too that I was. It's only the last 2 months that I'm working on finding a more appropriate balance with exercise(and I'm not there yet at all with it I'll be honest) but at least I'm trying to not have it be the be all and end all and sole focus of my life like it absolutely has been. Thanks for discussing the topic I've definitely taken a few pointers out of it-the not seeing teaching classes as training just as work was spot onπŸ‘Œ
