Regardless of the branch you serve in, the majority of people in the military, including the marines, are non-combatants. They work support roles. Take any war story you hear with a healthy dose of salt. They’re almost always exaggerated or flat out lies.
Cheap cupcakes with that whipped cream frosting are amazing. I couldn’t agree more. The best party food there is. Lol
You should check with your local library to see of they have a copy of The Thing. The library is a great place for movies
Ian calls the quarter pounder a solid burger, and then calls Five Guys Trash. The audacity!
VR sales in the last year are showing that it has officially gone mainstream. And you know what you can play on the Quest 2 through the Sidequest store? DOOM 1, 2, and 3! And they are incredible in VR. Need i say more?
The idea of a Star Wars themed hotel could be really cool, but not like this. Oh man.
He hates MST3K for Mitchell and Final Justice. Two of my favorite episodes. Lol
Man, I can't believe Tommy keeps calling in week after week. I'm really starting to worry about that guy, it sounds like he's officially crumbling under the pressure. Poor guy. Lol
Frank makes burgers literally the exact same way I do. It's the only way to make burgers.
Out of 144 cases only 1 of them was identified. That's incredible. It's also important to remember that this was a preliminary report. It's basically just an outline of the actual 70+ page report that is mostly classified.
Streaming GamePass is way better than Stadia in terms of playability, Ian. Id reccomend trying it out if you have an Android device.
The first Contra is absolutely amazing. It's damm near perfect. And Super Mario Bros. 3 is a lot more enjoyable than the first, but it's basically a rule that you have to start with the first one. It's doesn't take long to beat, and it's great to see where it started.
Isn't jimqusition identifying as them or her now?
I have a Pokemon Heart Gold box and manual, no game. The box and manual alone are worth $90+. It's insane
I'd prefer Nintendo give smaller franchises some bigger games. I don't think Nintendo should only have 1 big platformer or one big racing franchise. They need to branch out with smaller characters. Honestly, Mario games are getting a little stale. They're obviously running out of ideas, and some internal competition should help with creativity.
When you mention the death of physical media, you should add the caveat that it's mainly in the US/Europe. Central/South America and Asia aren't experiencing any real physical media death. In Japan people look at you like you're crazy if you ask if a movie or cd comes with a digital copy. Physical games, movies, music, etc., are all still preferable or the only option in many parts of the world.
Rugby Sevens is the easiest way to get into rugby. The games are really short and fast. It's so much fun to watch
Fuck the Pistons! My Pacers would have easily won the Chip if they didn't have to teach the entire city of Detroit a lesson and whoop every ass in that arena! The Pistons are such a dirty team. Always have been, always will be.
Loving the Netflix watch segment
Has anyone played the baseball pinball game where you could win baseball cards?
100x*
The GME shorts are something you'll never see again. It was a once in a generation thing. The stock went up over 10x to almost $500/share. That was the squeeze. Only greedy morons didn't sell at that point. A bunch of newbie investors are going to lose everything because they bought the WSB hype, without doing their own research. Never believe the hype.
It's amazing how hypocritical people are if the right riots we need to talk about it all summer long they didn't say shit about any of the riots that were going on great job guys
I love re-listening to these episodes. Street Fighter V not being released on the Xbox turned out not to be that big of a deal, considering what a shit show that game urned out to be. And game pass is the best decision they ever made. It's an excellent service
He especially has no right to release it for money. Video game preservation isn't about making something available for free to the public, as much as gamers want to believe it does. Making a backup counts as preservation. It has nothing to do with making it publicly available for free
Your argument about releasing prototypes is a contradiction. He doesn't own the IP, a company does. So technically he has no right to release the prototype without them giving him the ok first. It's up to the company to release it, not the guy who owns the prototype, because as you said, he just owns that copy.
There's so much star wars stuff? Dude, there have literally been 23 MCU movies made since 2008, with at least 14 more on the way! And you're saying "too much Star Wars"!?!
Pat and Ian: a ton of new Marvel shows, kinda of cool. A few new star wars shows... thats too much!
Ian, you're hanging out with friends from out of town? Seems a little irresponsible considering we're in the middle of a pandemic, don't you think? Especially considering that California's numbers are skyrocketing
The amount of 40+ people I see glued to their phones kind of renders your argument moot, Pat.
Star Wars are kids movies; they always have been. That doesn't mean adults can't enjoy them, but understand that we aren't the target audience. My kids LOVE the new movies and the prequels. And now it's not considered cool to shit on the prequels, because the people who grew up in that era of films loves them. People like to say they killed the Star Wars franchise, but the kids today love this new era. They will be remembered fondly because of that.
NBA cards are insane now pat, newer stuff. all the flippers have come in
The problem with Hershey chocolate isn't that they use "too much sugar". It's the fact that they make it using sour milk, so their chocolate tastes like stomach bile.
Cyberpunk was solidified as a genre in the 80s, but it's origins are rooted in the New Wave science fiction movement in the 1 60s and 70s. It just became popular in the 80s
Watching this now the jared stuff ages horribly with him having done nothing wrong and was the victim in this situation
