Baker is a stereotypical Leftist/TDS sufferer, though not as rabid as the average MS/NBC ”talent”. ”I have my reservations about Trump, he clearly has a desire to seize power forever”-ish, but let’s move on, no need for me to justify what I just said or provide receipts.

Fraser and Kate need to show their care for those refugees by being turned into lunch for them.

A useful way to try to distract people during a period of deliberate intensive change.

That was enlightening. Another think-tank maven and conference attendee offering tips to one lobe of the ruling class on how to better herd the livestock into the cattle wagons for their last journey.

Perhaps what we are seeing here is the result of merit being put down the hierarchy of ideals across the board. Idiot bankers, idiot regulators, and idiot government bailing them out with idiot voter’s yet to be earned money. The thing is, merit has a reality that idiot ideas like ’Equity’ and ’Social Justice’ don’t have. Reality prevails in the long run, always. Nature cannot be avoided so merit will impose itself. The whole fantasy world of identity trumping merit and competence will collapse.

I lived in London when Thatcher came to power and Labour failed us totally. The unionist marxist idiots were wreckin Britain. The old Tories sclerotic. So Thatchrism was fresh air Her new Conservative Party were an eclectic mix. From working class right barrow boys to young merchant bankers. And my type, the Salisbury philosophical conservatives. Anyway my point: this moment in the US reminds me of that. It’s revolutionary, and we talked of overthrowing the ’Loony Left’. The woke of the day

I think either Jacob is either a ridiculous partisan journalist and intellectually dishonest or he’s deranged. Biden is obviously badly demented, only a fool would deny it and I would take that bet every day Freddie.

Forget that Dem next time. Didn't make sense

Unbelievable, so long as Biden can just read a script? Stanley is utterly contemptible reminds me exactly why I need to cancel my Telegraph subscription.

Can’t you get someone on who isn’t a Biden shill?

What a terrible guest. Any chance of getting someone on who is not a Democrat partisan shill for once?

Superb podcast, I agree with everything said, I can't see how anyone on the left or otherwise could disagree

Yep-culture wars are bad, we neen nuanced thinking-It's why I listen to The Spectator... But assuming Trump's democratic credentials based on him 'getting things done' is a farce. Electing an executive leader is not a mandate for their manifesto to 'get done, we're saying you have good ideas, and we believe that you are the person to get them done. If there is criticism of conduct and process in 'getting them done' that is a health thing to discuss-the wrong conversation was had in this podcast.

I was going to day exactly the same thing as cazgzg. Really disappointing guest. Tge electorate want an on the night declaration because they instinctively know that mail in ballots are susceptible to fraud. there was for example something very unsatisfactory (and fishy) about the election of the Arizona Senator Sinema

Really poor guest. No mention whatsoever over potential voter fraud which is the big issue with mail in ballots. Wonder why that was?
