Hi guys, the new LAMY Aion model has a different nib from the Safari and Al Star even though it's a steel nib.. it feels smoother with less feedback that the Safari and Al Star has.

I clean my pens as I run out of ink in a pen. It's a lot easier to Clean the pen if you are not going to use /refill the pen. I just do a quick water rinse and get most of the ink in the feed and nib out
