Economic & real slavery in the geopolitical confines of the public school system. No one is able to problem solve this? Home schooling etc? Solve the problem don't make it worse. Too many career government employees dotting their I's and crossing their t's. If Mom & Dad are receiving ANY assistance it NEEDS to be CONDITIONAL on her carrying her end.

Why not have Maria go to cyber school? That can be a compromise between not going to school and combating her anxiety.
