Use a VPN set to the USA. It's a copyright jurisdiction that restricts the location. Didn't work for me but is ok with VPN.

This is a good podcast, with very interesting histories, but the Steve Avery one was done with such a bad taste. The dramatization part was horrible and unnecessary.
