Starts off strong but bogs down with too much courtroom blather. I don’t know that I can stick it out to the end. Very slow in the middle.

NYC Criminal Court and Criminal Term of the NYS Supreme Court. So I understand a lot of the terminology and procedural court items. However, during a commercial the author states he has no time to read books? Kind of shocking a statement for someone who writes books.

"for whatever reason" sex has been shamed... FOR WHATEVER REASON!!!??? Religious indoctrination is THE reason. A biological IMPERATIVE turned into something shameful is only accomplished through indoctrination/brainwashing. Not everything about religion is no good, but it can't admit ANY shortcomings...at all

You're wrong. If you don't understand the science of DNA I could understand why you would conclude this though. The statistical likelihood of getting a match off this DNA sample whether it included some cloth that touched someone else at some point or not puts this in the realm of you better show me video of him being somewhere else if you want me to even consider him not being there. The ice pick story... Total hearsay and easily made up

@clstanley72 : I hate to say I think the defense cast a shadow of a doubt in my mind...if I had only had heard what's been told to the jury I gotta say there would doubt in my mind and I good conscience would have to acquit... the prosecutor losing her cool at the end is just wrong it's not about her... he even spun her up so much she said find him innocent... wow
