I would agree on the first 3 seasons. Season 4 has been creeping along though, in my opinion. A real snoozer
Payne tells a great story. Not much more to stay.
I recently started listening to Season 4 and it has me on the edge of my ”earphones”! I also began listening to Talking to Death and listened to the episode where the other podcaster talked about storytelling and how ”we” the audience are cheering you on. That is exactly right! In this season, I find myself literally saying, ”Don’t do it!” Although I knew you would, Payne Lindsay. Keep going and get this family justice. We are with you.

Why do DAs never admit that just maybe the plaintiff is innocent! Because most of them think their too intelligent to be wrong, ol although most of them go home after work, have more than enough Cocktails to blow past the legal limit, they do a bit of blow! Like 1/2 the country does, and are exactly as equal as you and I that have skeletons in our closets, may have done a lot more
This had been a long time coming, I’m not sure if he’s the murderer, or got dropped! Either way, there is still the stuff he supposedly wrote about a different teacher
U guys really think It’s reason to be happy that Ryan could be innocent of everything but burning a body, ana Bo and others possibly S Assaulted and murdered Tara
I don’t know if Ryan was ever there, if DNA of Ryan was found in Tara’s home, maybe! Possibly on the gloves as a plant, Bo Duke and possibly others planted Ryan’s DNA on the materials, methodically
To me everything points to Bo Duke using his so-called best buddy as a scapegoat, everything points to Bo putting everything on Ryan, if Ryan couldn’t remember any of what Bo told him he did! How could he have facilitated any of what happened without it being sloppy as , to me it appears that Bo lived out a long time sadistic fantasy, /murder motive !, and pinned it all on Ryan!
If the guy telling the story about his girl being tied up to a tree by Bo and him telling her things he could do to her and nobody would hear anything, that pretty much says who really did this
I honestly have to believe that Bo D was the mastermind of the whole thing, he did it in my mind, Ryan blacked out , woke up and Bo told him he had done something to Tara, Bo! Bo, Bo! All the Way! If that’s not 90% the scenario, SAD!

I’m thinking he was forcing himself on her, she fought back, he overpowered her in a rage because he had become to hate women, he snapped, inserted his hand somewhere it could cause major internal bodily injury, so sick!
Ryan or Ryan and BO, there is a developing fetish evolving for a sick Attraction, Necrophilia is a true possibility, deep set uncontrollable fetish that finally broke through and was accomplished
If he told the truth, he would have nothing to worry about it, if there was none of his DNA in or on Tara, he would have been safe! I understand he was young and may have thought of saving Ryan first!, Or else he was with Ryan or more!
Jenna is lost, Payne smells something isn’t fully true, this is all about a girl protecting her boyfriend, BO is a trash bag! She is delusional about how important she thinks she is!
Ryan never said that to his best friend, Bo either had a hand in it! Or Ryan was so withdrawn and wrecked with grief, regret, about how sick he actually was! Bo was just trying to save his only true friend who knew all of each other’s secrets!
She knows everything, just about, she’s protecting BO!, She wants attention! There is something Insidious about this whole thing! Deep, Deep , Dark Stuff! Sick things a mind can weave!
Wow this is a hard hitting story I live in Mass, nowhere near that Georgia Orchard, but I feel the Creepiness and have goosebumps, and an overwhelming feeling for Tara and definitely a Super , Hair Raising, overpowering Sadness, I would like to pay whomever the individual, or who the individuals are a rectifying equal horror , a poor defenseless beautiful person, such as Tara deserves, they will rot in , NoDoubt
This Stuff wouldn’t happen in the Northeast, they don’t mess around, the Prosecution gets to do whatever they want, Defense Attorney has to be Stellar, both of these guys would be charged with murder, no playing, I had a misdemeanor altercation , semi physical, the police wrote that I attempted to murder someone, on a misdemeanor simple assault charge! Sat in jail 8 months before they threw it out, No Bail misdemeanor? How? They do whatever they want in NH and Mass
You were drawn to this for a reason, as you already know Payne, and the Dr., You were drawn by a little voice, Tara’s I’m sure to help get her justice!

Keep going Payne, your a diligent human with a real Heart, at least from what I can hear, I have trust issues also, but they can be overturned, it takes about a year of what I deem as honest interaction
Definitely, if the light being on and off to let neighbors know she was home safely was in place to make sure she was home safely, why did the neighbors not call or even go to check on her, and why was it in place in the first place?
Please changed the music good lord it makes me want to scream . I’m trying to ship it . But the music sucks !!! Love the podcast except for that music
What blows my mind is that if she was dating that cop and he put his hand on her car and it was cold and was trying to calm the dog down and she was really sad the night before why didn’t he call the police
Holy. . Trying to pay enough attention to hear what he’s saying is causing a migraine.
You can easily convince an addict who is on who knows how many different things, that knows they black out and probably doesn’t care if they live or die, that they did something while they were blacked out. I’ve seen it happen. Nothing like this. I’m a recovering addict myself and this is not even remotely out of the realm of possibility.
Great podcast hut skipped this episode due to the sound quality sorry mate couldn’t hear most of what is being said
