Hey guys this was great :) can I ask if you can make a list of all the supplements you suggested in your plan? Also you didn't speak much about the body dismorphia, is that something else or is it the same as anorexia and bulimia?

Let me tell you ladies, you have no control over this. I also never dreaded peri and totally assumed i would get through it with little drama. I am 51, fit, healthy, a diet conscious nutritional advisor yet 3 years ago I could not control what was happening to me. As much as I'm grateful for your information on diet & hormones, I feel you've skipped the fact that this can give you mood swings like you've never experienced. You physically and mentally don't recognise yourself.
