It’s satisfying to understand the unique process of menopause. I’m 56 and had a hysterectomy this year. I’ve been carrying horrid menopause symptoms for about 10 years. Finally after trying to ignore golf ball sized fibroids I had the operation. I did keep my ovaries but I’m concerned now about hormones and finding the right level I need to protect myself for my future. I plan to discuss tests with my doctor for ideal levels of hormone replacement. I enjoy listening to your informative info!
