The new podcast direction you talked about sounds very interesting. The issue you mentioned about questioning whether your work (podcast) was meaningful or mattered very much resonates with me, and will with many others too. Life sometimes gets in the way but, in my experience, is usually giving us a hidden gift when it does; a gift only appreciably later with hindsight. Best wishes from the UK.

I was expecting a more loose look to his art, but it's very polished. Very good. But i imagined it being more gestural.

Carrots are genuinely great to maintain healthy vision. They have beta carotene in them. So artists should be eating them. And eating and taking supplements or anything that maintains their vision for their art.

A disappointingly short episode this week. Still interesting though.

I loved this podcast. It spoke to me. My great Dane was diagnosed with cancer and I wanted to spend as much time with him as I could. We would snuggle in bed while I drew in an art journal chronicling out last 2 months together. I kept my pencils and sketch journal in bed with me and it is still there 15 months after his passing. His last gift to me was my art

I felt like she talked as much about her own practice as her guests. And I felt like everytime somebody described a technic she also practice it. She had a self taught artist on once and it was like she was lecturing the artist from her vast amount of experience putting her down. I stopped listening when she started doing that and haven't listened since.

Your podcast is great, I am an aspiring artist with a lifelong struggle to find courage to develop my art and creative instincts and I find all the episodes inspiring and the dialogues deep and the questions very well thought and purposeful . Thank you for your work!

this was a lovely podcast. Williams openness was refreshing. And I have recently become enriched by my own property. How timely. thanks Annise.

I cannot agree more with the abuse of women. happy glad you have addressed it. I just wish you knew how horrible Hillary is in the abuse of children.

Just got a podcast app on my phone. I'm an abstract artist here in the UK and hope to get inspiration.
