This lady is emotionally brilliant, and her philosophy has echoes of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I loved this episode!

I've listened to nearly 750 hours of podcasts. This one is among the very best that I've ever heard. It starts off a little slow, but it really takes off in the 2nd half. If you are feeling down or a little off, take an hour of your time as soon as you are able to and listen to this episode. I promise that you feel inspired by the end.

"I have no idea how much a gallon of milk should cost." I only shop at Wholefoods." -actual quotes from this episode. Seek out other sources of information about how to save on your grocery bill.

Poor episode, seems like there was a lack of coherent planning really and just a splurge of personal anecdotes. Lacking in useful information. I usually like this podcast but this was a waste of an hour
