I was raised Lutheran. My mom gave me a horrible sex talk. She waited til I was about nine and had the talk. She told me sex was not good and you only have it if you want to male a baby. She didn't tell me about how I would be feeling as I got older. I felt ashamed for the feelings and I had no idea what was going on. So I became promiscuous in my early teens. Now with my daughter I am just lime you guys. Open and honest with everything. I'm glad I'm not alone. I just feel better her knowing the truth and being 100% tuned into her body. She is six and always comes to me with any question or concern she might stumble on. This was a great podcast. Thanks Ellie and Jared!
