I wish there weren't scripted jokes about not recognizing basic science vocabulary. The hemolysis segment talked about reticuloendothelial/extra vascular RBC destruction, and the response of the host was an undoubtedly unscripted, "What?" Unless you're a physician in your 70s, you have at least heard of the reticuloendothelial system. Just remind us of what the system is, but don't play into the "dumb family medicine doctor doesn't know basic vocabulary" trope that already plagues us.
