I love this episode and I have a question that maybe somebody can respond to. When Gretchen was talking about marking up her books I have a similar situation in my home where my husband liberally marks up books and I hate reading books that are marked up and frequently were reading the same book. I don’t want to end up buying double copies of everything. Is there a solution?

I love this podcast. I love the small, arguably easy, and actionable tips that they offer each week. And I find that they really do make me happier. I've also learned a lot about how to set myself up for personal success and growth (obliger here). Always great to hear new perspectives and ideas for nagging chronic annoyances!

I have been listening to have here for a little over a year now. It is my favorite podcast I've ever listen to hands down! I feel like Elizabeth and Gretchen are my sisters. I love their wisdom I love their advice I love their voices I love everything about happier. Thank you ladies so much! A happy questioner.

I enjoy the conversations between Gretchen Rubin and her sister, Liz Craft. They share tips, shortcuts, ideas, and encouragement weekly. I look forward to each episode.

So glad you posted this. I love the idea of the sensorium gift. I do a similar this called "Mind, Body and Soul " like the sensorium, for my son's birthday (he's an adult) I will try to get him things that will enhance his mind, make his body happy and are good for the soul. Really just another take on the sensorium 😀😀 Thanks for making us all happier 😍😍
