Edit to previous comment, each episode isnt an anthology, or a story within itself. It seems to be the same story, but from different people point of view. Like Game of Thrones, different ppl and different kings and kingdoms. Still quite a bit of bouncing around in regards to characters. If only each episode was longer. So now i am staying with this podcast, but advise listening to each episode more than once so you can remember names of ppl and places

Ok, so jus started listening the 3rd episode of this podcast. I started listening to this podcast in order to delve more into the world of Magic: The Gathering so i can gain more knowledge of it as i know next to nothing about it, apart from the fact that its a card board game, which is cool. The stories and content is good, but i find one major flaw in this podcast. Each episode on this podcast is set at a different time and place i think, like an anthology series, so for the 20 mins or so the story is interesting, but does not carry on into the next episode. This makes it hard for me or us as the audience to remember names, places and people. We're only spending one episode with each of the different characters each time, building an affinity towards anyone seems very hard to do, in turn making it hard to keep up and remember things. Maybe i've got it wrong and each episode is a snippet of the content they want us to go and listen to on another website? I dunno whether i would recommend newbies to this podcast. It is useful for some background information and races and creatures that are in the Magic: The Gathering universe, but honestly I dunno if sticking with this podcast long-term is the way to go unfortunately. I'll check the website to see if they hav more, or maybe just look for another podcast, or just hav to let Magic: The Gathering go. Maybe hav a look at the comics or something instead
