Nixon’s domestic ”liberal achievements” should be viewed in light of one devastating domestic policy: the ’War on Drugs’. I think his legacy must be viewed in light of the immense damage done by that policy down to the present day.

I understand that there is misogynistic and homophobic language in these taped conversations but some is truly breathtaking and warrants comment, in my opinion.
