On the podcast about nails and estrogen dominance and low ferritin. Progesterone helps oppose E which is a growth hormone as you both know. How do you approach the progesterone steal phenomena? Any particular herbal treatments?

Evan very interesting about feeling crummy in chlorinated pools. Often if you have to swim in a chlorinated pool find out when they treat it— it’s usually once a week. I imagine crowded public pools are wicked high in chlorine. I wonder if you aren’t reacting to the “chloramines” formed by organic matter off of people’s bodies. Chlorine plus organic matter = chloramine. I have to look it up but seems like it is a nasty biogenic amine which could be a problem for those with HIT etc

I have POTS (OH and SH) severe and have gone to an elimination diet: red meat, salt, water with a bit of coconut, almond or macadamia nut milk (4 oz per day). Using beef tallow or pork lard. In trying to add foods back I think I found that I have HIT/MCAS. Do you have a food cooking guide? Is beef liver okay?
