I think the players are begining to understand what the manager wants and they also seem to be gelling as a group which boids well for the future.

If we buy Jota permanently will the board still give Ange more funds in January to bolster the squad even more? Mikey Johnston I thought looked good when he came on as did Giakoumakis who looked he could form a partnership with Kyogo.

Starfelt first half I thought was poor and looked very nervous but 2nd half he looked a different player and played much better. If that's down to a wee pep talk from Ange then good as it shows the player and manager are communicating. He just needs time to settle and gain a bit of confidence. Our defence is a mess and needs sorted pronto if Ange wants to continue to play this style of football or fans will turn on him even though we were all told he would need time. Look at our bench over the last 4/5 games it really showed how lacking in depth and quality we have in this squad and that is down to the board who have been downsizing the club especially in European campaigns. Postecogluo is being asked to do a rebuild in under 4 months from the fvck up from last season.

All you have to do is look at our bench against Ross County, Betis and Livingstone and even games before then. Our squad lacks depth and quality and it worries me these up coming away games against Aberdeen, Motherwell and Hibs. Let's see what happens!

It's a well known fact that Celtic do not have adequate scouting, sports science/fitness or analytic dept's because this board have downsized everything at the club. Why do you think so many people from these dept's have bailed from the club? Cause they see that the club is acting short term with no long term vision or modernisation plans.

How can players like Scales be unfit? He was playing in Europe before joining us! As for McKay leaving. No one will ever get to know the real reason but why did the club hire him in the first place? Transfers in! We have been associated with so many players. Until they sign the contract I don't believe in the rumours. Get rid of any players regardless of who they are out the club if they don't want to be there or don't buy into the managers philosophy. Surely Kennedy has to put some width in the team this weekend and keep their full backs from getting forward. I think we should go 4 - 2 - 3 - 1 and it gives flexibility of changing it to 4 - 3 - 3. I just hope we have Forrest fit and playing and karamoko Dembele to bring on if needed.
