Enjoyable and interesting, thankyou, no mention of National League, understandable but a pity.

Better than Totally Football, not far behind the Guardian pod. No arseholes, generally intelligent comments.

The first thing to be tackled is clubs using deferred taxation as working capital. This builds up to an unpayable amount, so HMRC become the biggest creditors and invariably pull the plug. Deferred taxation should go into a ring-fenced account which can't be used for day to day expenses. This would force clubs very rapidly to recognise the reality of their expenditure.

Good pod but they either need to all speak closer to the mic or the editor needs to boost their volumes so they all have the same sound level. Every episode I'm turning the volume up and down to listen....

Really enjoy the podcast usually. But there is less context applied than usual. The Anfield crowd is poor, and was a talking point after the Leicester game. It generally is poor for EPL games for a number of years, but the groans and moans could be heard 20 minutes in. Van Dijk has even said the fans need to chill. Fabinho has been excellent. It seems like some will forever hold the Arsenal game over him. As for Keita, started the season well vs Palace and West Ham, but ideally, Klopp would have done with him what he did with Fabinho, Ox and Robertson, ease them into the team. He wasn't afforded that, and a lengthy injury didn't help too. In saying that, he was the only good player vs West Ham in the 2nd half. What is on him however is lack of English given he had a year notice before joining Liverpool.

You might find that Rick Wakeman is a more famous Brentford supporter than Greg Dyke.

Gabriel Marcotti shouldn't be given a broadcasting platform. He's an obnoxious, ignorant tw*t. So much alternative contemporary football analysts to choose from who share gracious and critically likeable traits, all of which he doesn't exactly exude. Vile.

Far too much interruptions in this podcast. Not enough Gab and Nat.

What the hell????? Leicester City's owner dies in a fiery crash, Glen Hoddle has a heart attack in the BT studio, all of English football mourns, and no comment on any of this on the Times football podcast. SHAME ON YOU GABRIEL MARCOTTI.

Not enjoying the co-hosting set up. Used to Gab. Would like it to be just him. But let's see
