Bit too waffley. Sorry. Listening about bands for 10 mins when the podcast Is supposed to be about healthy eating. Nearly lost me. Please keep more to the point a few personal stories could fit well if relevant but not for 10 mins right at the beginning please
Like this episode, one suggestion is to slow down when introducing information from other sources to give listeners a chance to check them out. For instance you referenced a book from Michael Pollan, but didn't mention the actual title of the book you were talking about.
