firstly, awesome podcast. I try keep up to date as fast as possible and listen to others again to keep my mind open and fresh. thanks for this ptsd neuro insight. I had just posted a first responder ptsd awareness slides to help FR's know how to identify PTSD. the cortisol response is a bitch.... the bad thing of the cortisol is weight gain, beer belly, identifiable from normal fat as there is a beer belly but no muffin top and moobs.
