I'd definitely appreciate any stories you could recommend. Unfortunately folklore is riddled with slurs in nearly every region that has been covered. I generally try to make a point that the reason I still collect them is that there's value in seeing how different groups are treated by others in the folk tales of the region, though it's probably something that should be reiterated better with each individual tale. This is also why on the site I try to break out indigenous peoples tales when I can. There's a separate section for Māori stories for example, although they can be hard to come across so I'd love any direction you could give.

@Alynzl : Do you realise that the name Piccaninny is a racial slur against Māori. This is not a traditional folk tale native to New Zealand, if you are interested in authentic indigenous stories I can point you in the right direction, but this is not one of them. Patipaiarehe is the correct name for NZ fairies.
