Hi Rick and Ben. Loved this episode. Quite relevant content for us because I'm listening in with my 4 day old sleeping on me 😴 I went for the first time last night and got 5 miles out at 9pm. I am aiming to keep up my training of about 25 miles per week, however I agree that sometimes you feel a bit guilty for swanning off for a run and leaving my exhausted wife to hold down the Fort πŸ™ˆ On the flip side, I felt a million times better when I got back from my run last night. Hope it goes well and would love to hear more content on this topic! Phil
