Even Canadians don't like flying with Air Canada. Sorry to hear you guys had a bad experience. It's a dysfunctional company. Maybe try Delta?

Great podcast! Josh and Dan put out a great podcast. No shortage of information in regards to waterfowl hunting, with some parenting and beverage advice thrown in as a bonus. Some of the bigger names in the waterfowl community have made appearances.

3. And this is the final. If guide services are hunting on public lands. They need to pay for certain permits and need to abide by the same by laws as average joes. They also need to be limited on how many guest they bring each hunt. The guide services should also have a designated area just like the area the bird watchers should have. It is commercial hunting at the end of the day. It is a business. Every town in our country has a business and more commercial based area. Treat it the same way. Let business compete with other businesses that way the general public taking there friends and children are not effected by commercial hunting and can enjoy the hunt. Thanks. My email if josh.goins@flywayfederationlouisiana.com if you would need any further assistance. Thanks for putting out this information to the general public

2. The public lands all over this country have been overlooked by budgets and politics for years. Just like the breeding grounds. Do some research on nawca dollars spent in the real breeding grounds. The problem that we face as average joes and public lands is, it isn’t profitable for these men in positions that could fund them. This is scratch my back and I scratch yours policy. The issue with that policy is, the American taxpayer dollars are spent on the time and place of the back scratching. Lol. The private land farmers need funding and breaks but it has progressed to a point where it has moved into funding for private duck hunting farming operations. Which hurts subsidies to the real farmer to take care of his farmer and this in turn doesn’t help feed ours. The management of this area needs some serious looking into. Since 86 and the reform conservation rise in 98 we as average joes have paid to build what will destroy our sport in the end. I as the founder of the Flyway Federation will fight it as far as I can.

Bird watchers are not allowed in hunting areas here in Louisiana and I can only imagine that is a safety concern so all states should follow that. The bird watchers would not have a dog in that hunt.

1. The Sunday hunting could possibly be stopped and it pull pressure of your birds. With that said your state needs to move those six or seven days you would not have the ability to hunt, to the end of your season without cutting in to breeding pairs.
