Rob and Rob. Thank you. I genuinely mean this. You’re information and education about the property industry and economics in general has changed my life for the better. I’ve now built my portfolio to 3 properties in 5 years and can now work part time rather than the 50 hours a week I was working as a teacher. I want to thank you both for this podcast. A life changer. Keep up the great work. Mark from Chichester

As always a fantastic and informative podcast, I live in Hong Kong and asia for the last 18 years as my career led me this way. Im still very much British and have used your podcast to help guide me in a 2 buy to lets this year in the north of England. You provide an invaluable service for overseas Brit’s like myself. I’ve signed up to your letter. Keep up the great work.

Interesting podcast this week. I think this Ramsey guy is playing to the religious audience in USA and may work as their property prices are not like UK in rural areas, but I really feel there is an underlying agenda to keep the little people in their place.

Little surprised by your thoughts on the housing boom potentially continuing for another 5 years. Do you think then that salaries will increase quickly off the back of Covid as the affordability to average salary is starting to make me wince at just below 10x across the UK (Feb 2021). I would have thought the masses start getting squeezed out from affordability and that would stabilise or drive down prices in the nearer term?

1 of the best so far, very useful. Was wondering what methods of logging details the speaker Mark was referring to? Just a word doc or an excel spreadsheet ...

Hi Rob and Rob, assuming that the USD falls and is replaced with an alternative currency, fiat-based or otherwise, what happens to stock and shares investments or property value (i.e. what happened when we moved from the gold standard?). Presumably there is some volatility due to fear but the businesses and property still hold value and are not bankrupt so you don't just lose all of your investment on a reset?
