That one jury who didn’t hear the incredible Judge Newman in person may regret it. That was an amazing speech. Very poignant, truthful, honest, brutal as it should be to this horrendous murderer!!

He said hurt because he doesn’t want to admit to kill. He doesn’t get it that he is a murderer. He doesn’t want to shame his name more than he has. He’s a piece of.

Jim Griffin in his closing argument said the family were heard talking on kennel video and then 4 minutes later Maggie and Paul were shot... Also Maggie’s phone being thrown is important because why would anyone else take her phone but leave Paul’s???

Defense asking for limited scope of defendant on cross is common request? Is it ever granted?

An attorney pointing a gun at another attorney in court & saying ”tempting” is funny? If prosecution pointed at defense table & saud ”tempting” that would be funny and excusable too🤔

This pod would be SO, so much better if the oft repeated ’digs’ at other reporters/podcasters were removed.

Why did the defense fight cousin Eddie being called in motions but the ask questions that would then allow the judge to change his ruling 🤔

Should the State test all possible evidence or not? You commented that they didn’t test the tarp but you don’t know why they tested clothes Alex was wearing at the scene. I’m confused 🤔

No law enforcement or government agency would or SHOULD be on scene at a murder that involves their own employee. I can’t believe that you believe the statement from SLED.
