OMG, please please please ask your guests to use a mic. Or send them a $15 ear bud with a mic. The laptop mics let in nasty room reverb and nobody is fixing the EQ. Our side is losing and we need our media to be attractive to the ears, not abrasive and repellent.

The problem with "wokeness" is the way it has been hijacked (like all attempts at tackling inequality and minority issues and the way they feed capitalism) and become another tool of centrist liberals to silence opposition. As Bari Weiss attempted to do. As the myth of the Bernie Bro was an attempt to do.
I'm not a comedienne of a certain, or any age, but I am a free speech advocate. Like most radicals of a certain age, I am quite aware of speech limitations being viciously applied to us, globally. And in the current political climate that is exactly how it will be used. Not against fascists and anti-trans agitators, but the dreaded "antifa", never mind that it doesn't exist, and other movements it can tar with that brush. And that is a totally bipartisan push.
