Just listened to this podcast, a lot of really good take aways. I really like the biscuits and gravy part. Focus on the people and what they need or want and help them get there. Jeff if there would be any chance that I could sit in on one of those I would be grateful to be able to do that.

My takeaway for this is, one day or day one the choice is yours. Intend on being intentional. It starts with a little bit at a time.

I'm jumping up and down with Sir Steven's revelation that the only thing you can do, that no one else can do as the business owner is to strategically manage the BALANCE SHEET! That is a mic dropping BOOM statement - because where is the focus Always for the owner? The P&L, never the Balance Sheet.

This is so relevant to me right now! The sad part is I know this stuff. But what a great refresher this was. I have just gotten off the path to being positive and curious. Thanks you for this!!!!
