Affiliated neuroscience is a new term for me but highlights why a cryogenically preserved encephalon can not be resurrected back into the original individual. See the Canadian author Philip Shepherd for life changing embodiment practices.

Thank goodness. So looking forward to season three. Would love to learn about the research on the enteric nervous system, diagram and perineum. Same with the neurons in the heart... tabwah can be felt in the heart.

My ability to bring awareness and compassion to my triggers is fairly refined. Understanding that it’s nearly impossible, at least inefficient to try to stop the initial reaction, has been helpful. What’s interesting for me from this episode is the why or function of doing the same thing over and over again. The brain is a highly efficient predictive organ! It forms paradigms that can become maladaptive. From my experience, early wisdom was abandoned for the sake of belonging and security.

The three b’s; bed, bath and bus are said to be places of creativity because they encourage relaxation. Both Albert Einstein and Salvador Dalí were known to sit in a chair with a key in hand whenever they were stifled. The key (get it?) is to teeter in hypnagogia until the object fell out of their hand, the sound of falling key would bring them to. The first impression that came to mind was highly valued. The Stanford Researcher Institute did interesting research in this area.
