It’s refreshing that you mentioned no special tools are needed. My mom was a witch and I practiced in high school then stopped when realizing I am atheist. Since diving into it again after listening to BBC Witch podcast, I’ve been using my phone’s built in journal, meditation and lucid dreaming, time within nature, and books in my practice. It feels more personal now. Other people may prefer symbolic tools and I may add them, but I think I’ll stick to objects
