Great job. I love this series. One other thought: Dudley is the inciting incident but the crisis moment is actually hard deciding whether to let Dudley die or not. You can argue that Harry saving his own life is not much of a choice at all but Harry deciding whether to use even more magic or let his bully who he was just tempted to hurt to die is a much more compelling crisis
