Main problem with the reveal is that if Steven was ever poof'd, not 100% but I believe he was, it should have been obvious the gems true identity. Fun but I found it lazy, on top of the problems of pink diamond leading the rebellion

Keep in mind that blue diamond is certain that a sword was used to shatter pink diamond and it was noted in the Bismuth series that rose quartz can only poof a gem with that sword
