This is one of the best podcast interviews I can recall. Excellent questions and the author authentically stands out as a caring teacher.

Some photographers have their head in the clouds and come across as pompous and arrogant. This interview was a perfect example of such a person. The part about light being a celestial being was a particular highlight.

I found i was unable to listen more to the episode after the comment was made about black and white photography being "too easy". What a limited, ignorant thing to say! If she was unable to change her style and needed reinvent her photography using colour, why not say that. On the website there is some good work but nothing to suggest she has dominated the medium. It sounded like a child bored with pencils.

Interesting project. I have to say though, I'm not a fan of "declinism". Talking about what nice chaps the mobsters were in those days. Arrrh, nope. They weren't nice.

They always give great tips and advice. I find myself learning more about photography with each podcast plus how to be creative with my shots. Great informative guests too. What more can you ask for with a podcast!
