Have you seen Dr Finley's impression techniques that have excellent retention without implants, I'm confused as to why dentists aren't interested in newer practices that could help patients instead of sending them away if the can't afford implants or for a medical condition. So many people could benefit from a cast metal full upper denture who have a shallow palate like me because it is thinner and also many don't do border molding for optimal retention unless you pay for a premium denture Eben though you are taught this in dental school as a standard of care.
