Dearest Anderson, I can’t tell you how much your podcasts fill my heart. Grief and loss are so individual. The thought that I am not alone means everything. I have had many losses over the years, but the most profound have been my Dad (35 years), my Mom (18 years), and my brother (9 years). I struggle to understand, try to enjoy the memories, and have days where the grief leaves me crippled. Thank you again for sharing your story!

I couldn’t finish the episode. I was so mad with this woman being the architect of her own sadness.
