Are there federal assistance programs for hobbyist to help pay for Honeybees and equipment?

Would like to hear a whole series on verroa. LIke to know current research and new cutting edge technogy (ie. Purplehive and computer vision)

At 9:45 Jamie says that he asks a question to his students about varroa resistance. Did he get the answer he expected from Mr. Martin? It didn't seem like it.
