Love love love your work but disagree on this. The reason stack days fail is exactly the reason why visitors days fail, lack of accountability. Members rely on each other to bring visitors. The assumption that members “should own” the profession they most need in the chapter is the reason that all the chapters in the world aren’t over 50+
