I have never reviewed a podcast before. It's hard to put into words how grateful I am that I found it. After my mum was diagnosed with metastatic cancer, I listened to all of the episodes from the beginning. Your conversations are honest, practical and kind. I wanted to thank you for not just helping people with cancer themselves but also others around them. Listening to your podcast has given me the language and information to talk about what I'm going through, and has felt like a kind of therapy.

So I'm buying some sourdough bread down Maidenhead high street, tears rolling down my face listening to you lot and i don't care! I'm 'nails' too, but Rachel was just an inspiration, she died in 'style' and tore up any protocols in her own way...I will dearly miss her after 17 years of listening to her... It is up to you two so called 'amateurs' to keep on going with the podcast, I like the idea of the empty chair. May I wish you both best wishes, now get on with life...! Rob C

RIP Rachael. Even though I don't know you personally I definitely understand what you have been going through, ad I was a young mum who was diagnosed in 2015. I admire how positive you always sounded on the podcasts and it just made me appreciate life a little bit more. My prayers will be with Steve and especially Freddy.

RIP Rachael, these podcasts are a massive help. I've got twin grandaughters 2yr olds who both have got an extremely rare blood cancer and are just starting their treatment. I've been terrified and been struggling with it, but your podcasts have really helped. keep going with this great podcast. thank you Shaun šŸ˜šŸ‘
