Had Judge Newman been made aware of BH’s comments during the case he would have called each juror forward and asked the same question Justice Toal asked. And decided to continue or call a mistrial.

Do y’all think the purpose of Todd Rutherford on Russell’s law team is because he is a state rep so the court has to schedule around his legislative schedule? Possibly will delay more hearings until next year or speed up to get them scheduled sooner. I don’t know which would be seen as more beneficial but just had this thought.
Many people read audio books and hopefully with your new book it will also be an audiobook

I have been religiously listening to your podcast(s) since the beginning and encourage you to stay strong and pesky. I’ve never searched for Mandy, Liz, or Eric’s social media accounts and think the majority of your followers, like me, are strictly interested in the podcast content and not your personal lives. However, you are now public figures, and unfortunately, that makes you susceptible to public scrutiny and even malicious attacks. Know that the silent majority support you.
Government corruption whether it’s a local state or national is all over the place and it’s so discouraging. I have absolutely no faith in any of the governments anymore whatsoever.
I just love these podcasts and certainly appreciate the very hard work that you put into compiling these.
