It’s really concerning that someone who mishandled an investigation so badly and cannot admit to his own mistakes, is now in charge of other investigations. If he could have admitted that poor evidence gathering led to the arrest and prosecution of the wrong person I would have more faith in his ability to be in charge of any future investigation. His ego is so overblown he can’t admit failing.
I don’t care what the experience is of that Polligraph examiner, he should never be used again. He clearly held a bias based on what the police investigation into Kevin Jones told him. His treatment of an offender was PURE BIAS because it was communicated that the cops thought they already had who did it. DISGUSTING.
My god could that cop be any more of a dolt? Comparing possession of marijuana to indecent exposure and attempted kidnapping?! This is a perfect example of toxic hubris. It’s pathetic really.
