I honestly could relate to this podcast episode. I find that as you that he said have not having the support or not having people recognize how hard you're working day in day out we're not having somewhere to express all those things to it does get overwhelming at times. I do get it that is my vision is my time and it's my responsibility and stand to take accountability for what I'm trying to build however when you have a family that is in a position that says that they care and understand what it is to live in this world not having a support is pretty hard and I believe that for me is where I get over one that I'm expecting them to to be there for me but that support knowing that this is what they're they are expressing their morals and values lay

I am exactly this way, And I have been much better with acknowledging my wins but I need to do more or writing it down to see it when vet in that mood

I know my why and it inspires me to continue to push forward
