Thank you for putting Izabella Wentz on my radar. Iā€™m adding her as a resource in my healthspan ā€medicine chestā€.

This has been so helpful to me post Christmas when the whole assembled and we found jagged edges that needed to be healed. This has been helpful in making the future more pleasant. Thank you so much.

It used to be said: Do not eat eggs. Do not eat butter. Do not eat fats. Iā€™ll give it a couple of years for the return of that mantra. In the meantime. The health gurus just continue raking it in with more books about more diets.

But sick of the round around though: endless podcasts on Yes Fast every morning, swiftly followed by oh, we f..ckud up again and no, donā€™t fast.

Your stats are WRONG! I have a severe TBI but am still very intellectual, so I do my research on these things often. Your stats are way under

I wanted to get some good from this podcast; it's a subject that resonates with me, but the foul language from the interviewee caused me to turn it off. I am tired of hearing foul language on podcasts, so I've drawn a line. Sorry to miss it.

I've really enjoyed this podcast since the first time I stumbled upon it last year( after collab w/ Mark Hyman). I'm also really loving these Tuesday "conversations". Thank you Mr. Purohit

Honestly didn't make it past you all talking about yourselves.

Dhru, I can't finish listening to this. I have tried 3x. I listen to a lot of podcasts, but I really dislike hearing the shouting (unnecessary voice raising), bragging etc. But mostly the potty language is deeply offensive and totally unneeded to make any points whatsoever. Regardless of making some valuable points, Alex comes across as rude and disrespectful and not grownup at all.

Loved this episode, it's the 1st time I've come across Light Watkins & The Shine, he's so inspiring!

Dhru and Alex - absolutely loved this Podcast! Dhru, I am grateful for your work and fascinated by the body/mind/spirit and how it is all so connected. Alex, love your courage and your guidance and so appreciate both of you for your authenticity. I am in the middle of a pivot and starting a Podcast called ā€˜A Richer Lifeā€™ - I have not launched yet, but will be exploring courageous peopleā€™s journey to living a richer life with the glamor inspiring others to be courageous, face their trauma and their truth and ultimately live a richer life themselves. You have inspired me and I very much look forward to being a part of your tribe continuing to follow you. Alex, look forward to your book as well. All the best..keep up the very meaningful and beautiful work!!

Love your podcast Dhru and your work. Dr Rosenberg, very inspiring and loved every minute of it. I am on a massive journey of self discovery and self actualization right now and know that one of my tendencies is to be avoidant and get too hard on myself. No value in that, but a lot of value in exploring the why there. Launching into action is the seal to break and the habit to create. Not always easy, but we are better together and when we co-regulate. Thank you both for who you are and what you do. šŸ˜‰

Best podcast so far for me. Literally life-changing concepts, ideas and new ways of thinking are discussed here, with easy actionable questions to ask yourself to pretty much right away improve your life, just by changing the way you think of things. And it all makes sense, it's so simple!!

Delightfully informative and applicable Podcast! I'm a therapist and supervisor and have been passing it on to all those I counsel, supervise or teach. Very timely for me. THANK YOU to both of you.
