The people at that institute see science as a means to continually confirm what they already believe or want to believe. Anyone who has that notion doesn’t understand science at all. It doesn’t care what you believe or want to believe.
The political alignment of all of these board members and investors who were fooled is interesting.

Just look at the people who fell for it. Cons being conned. Silly conservatives. I’m definitely in the middle and agree with most people around about a lot of things. But I also understand science and logic and skepticism and reality. When your worldview is based on Christian dominionism, you are a beautiful mark, or target, for a con artist. When you think there’s a grand plan with you and yours at its center, that isn’t reality...

Well they are talking about a woman who is one of the most disgusting human beings I’ve heard about lately so, it fits.

I’m all about bringing down cons and liars but the way their voice sounds has absolutely zero bearing on reality. It is simply your perception. It is simply how her vocal cords vibrate and how those waves resonate within your ears. That is not any indication of anything at all. It’s possible we agree on many things but this statement is a sign of ignorance. Don’t worry we’re all ignorant of something. You should try to tackle prejudice and preconception maybe you can improve in some regard.
And we should listen to a person, if that’s what you are, who doesn’t have the balls to put their real name to a statement?
