You got me beat! One event in a day is really all I can do without coming undone. People just don't get me.

@jtremblay1992 : I feel the same! I always tell people : two events in one day is fine for me, for example a class and the gym. But the third I always end up cancelling because it makes me too nervous! Weird eh? It just weighs on me.

Once again you personally described myself when you described yourself in your podcast. -wowed- ๐ŸŒป

I cannot begin to tell you that yes you described me to perfection. I cannot tolerate stagnant hot rooms. you know is itโ€™s everything that you described and everything that is almost impossible to describe. I canโ€™t tolerate it physically and it becomes eventually intolerable. ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒน

Extroverted HSPs feel lonely a lot because we need a lot of people time but also a lot of down time to recover from the day

Sorry for errors. Can't edit

@comomart : Before I heard the list from thud podcast I vegan my own. Big cities, traffic especially the interstates, casinos, and sadly my church with its bright iridescent lights. They are just too much for my brain. On off ramps, trucks on the freeway drive me to wish I lived in the 1800's.

I do cry more than a lot of people! I tear up more easily than a lot, cry in front of shows and movies, get more emotional when I'm upset, etc. It's part of how I externalize my response to stimuli I suppose!
