Hi Allison from Maine here, this may be a silly question but how do you eat fermented tomatos? Is this something you would use to make a pasta sauce? Or is it more of a snack you eat by itself? Also can you ferment tomatos that are green and have not ripened yet?

I'm excited to have access to your pantry chats while I'm doing my mundane chores. I learn so much from you both! You communicate so thoroughly that I never leave a chat without learning something valuable. God bless you and your household!
