My husband feels well rested after 4-5hrs whereas I need 10 hrs at least, I have been known to sleep for 3-4 days straight (only getting up to pee & drink water)...yet if I'm way over tired (awake over 24hrs) I'll be wide awake after exactly 2hrs once I do get to sleep.
